Over 1,000 people packed into Macron Stadium’s Premier Suite on Monday evening for the club’s annual Christmas Carol Service.
Hosted by Club Chaplain Phil Mason and Tower FM presenter Josh Bancroft, music was provided by the Bolton Hoover Brass Band while Boom Dance Group also performed.
The highlight of the evening however was a massed choir from schools across the area, brought together by ALFA Education, and under their musical direction, with the ALFA Band and singers, they got everybody into the festive spirit with a number of Christmas songs and carols.
There were also guest appearances from celebrity members of Aladdin, the Christmas pantomime which is being staged in the Premier Suite, Macron Stadium this winter.
The service has been recorded by Tower FM meanwhile and will be broadcast on the station on Christmas Day morning.
