Our club chaplain and vice captain Joel Loughridge, minister of Cloughmills Reformed Presbyterian Church recently attended the National Conference of Sports Chaplaincy UK at Windsor Park. Former Glentoran player Philip Mitchell (pictured) heads up the work of Sports Chaplaincy UK in Ireland.
As a new season starts we want to remind you that Joel is available talk to confidentially about issues in sport and life – injury, mental health, family, addictions, relationships, grief. Just have a quiet word at training, in the changing room or send him a Whatsapp, let him know you want to talk sometime and he’ll come and make time to talk and walk with you through whatever it is.
